We Train Groups and Therapists to Prevent Future Mental Health-Related Challenges

We not only provide therapy and counseling at our clinic, but also proactively get out to prevent mental health-related issues affecting the community.

We equip organizations to remove stigmas, protect kids, and provide crucial resources. We also train other therapists.

Who can benefit

Here are a few of the trainings our team offers to prevent some of the issues we regularly see:

  • Burn-out Prevention: Pastors, first responders, and even moms can benefit from this training designed to increase self-care, boundaries, and stress management.
  • Childhood Sexual Abuse Prevention: Katie is an authorized Darkness to Light Facilitator, making her uniquely qualified to help churches, schools, and other youth organizations prevent child sexual abuse.
  • Trainings for Therapists:  We periodically offer continuing education courses for therapists. Our goal is to provide fresh, quality trainings that therapists can practically apply with their clients. Please contact us to inquire about our next available trainings for therapists.

We Offer Practical Trainings to Community Organizations

Prevention is the part of our services that is not counseling. Instead, it is when some members of our team get out into the community to help prevent issues that we often see in the counseling room. This portion of our services is designed to be proactive rather than reactive.

The cost of our training services vary based on the training and the size of the group. Trainings require one month to schedule. Please call (405) 664-3960 today to begin the process of scheduling one of these trainings.
