Group Therapy

We Help You Take Processing to the Next Level

If you’re looking at this page, it’s possible someone recommended group therapy to you. If you have been in another form of therapy previously (or currently), group therapy can offer an additional level of support and processing for you. Groups are uniquely transformative as you join with others in similar situations. Being vulnerable and watching others being vulnerable can jump-start the health and connection in new ways.

Group Therapy

Haven’t been to therapy before? Group therapy can be good for you too! Many people find therapy in a group setting less intimating than sitting with a counselor one-on-one. It is usually more affordable than one-on-one counseling as well, offering a good solution for those struggling with the financial investment of other forms of therapy.

We Offer Incredible, Safe Support

Confidentiality and professionalism are of the utmost importance for us in group therapy. Even though there are more people in the room for a group session, the level of care and safety remains constant. Lay your fears aside, we are here to take care of you—regardless of the format.

We Do Groups Well

A common concern people have about starting group therapy is that group therapy means just listening to a bunch of people moan and groan.
